Returns & Exchanges in TA MARBOTA :
Suppose a customer is unhappy with their purchase because It has a defect that the consumer has not accepted, a hidden or manufactured defect, or its non-Conformity with the required and mandatory specifications. In that case, they may obtain a full refund or exchange within five working days of receiving the products.
Discounted and made-to-order items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. New Season Abayas can only exchange within three days of receiving them.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's Payment card and will exclude shipping costs, which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Please note that exchanges will be submitted through the same customs procedures; therefore, they are again applicable for duty and tax.
All returns should be sent back in their original packaging provided. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the packaging is adequately protected.
